Scheduling an Initial Consultation

1. Please get in touch via email, social media, phone or use the contact form below and inform us of the following:

a. What is it that we can help you with; please give is a brief overview of the questions/concerns

b. Your preferred date and time (incl. your current time zone) for an online consultation

c. Your preferred contact details*

d. Preferred video chat provider

2. After receiving your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule/confirm your appointment

Initial Consultation (Process)

Go online at the agreed time
We will inform you about how we work and our online consultation terms and
conditions
Based on this information, you decide whether you would like to work with us.
If you elect not to use our services, the video call will be terminated; no costs
will occur
If you choose to work with us, please explain how we can help you and your
company. The first 15 minutes of the initial consultation is free of charge;
additional minutes will be charged as described to you before
Billing: You will receive an invoice from us by email within 72 hours of your
initial consultation. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (PayPal)

Follow-up appointments

Contact us through your preferred communication channel and make an
appointment
Go online at the agreed time and talk to your personal consultant
Billing: An invoice will be mailed within 72 of your appointment

Video Chat Providers

To ensure the highest degree of encryption, we recommend using Wire. Nevertheless, we are happy to meet you via other video chat providers such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, and FaceTime.
